He found out that they were feeding some berries. When he tried these berries, he got a sense of exhilaration and proclaimed his discovery to the world.

Fair trade is also about making sure that each party is compensated fairly for their production.

Coffee roasting is not just about knowing how to use a roasting machine. It’s about knowing the characteristics of the selected coffee. After the selection of great quality beans, it’s important to define the roasting profile. Roasting profiles are the roaster’s way of knowing how to unlock those characteristics as well as adapting to the consumer's taste.
